The perils of interview

One thing which I hate most about any job (and my job now) is the necessity to hunt and conduct interviews .. I dont know why. Somehow I just wish that interview schedules could run like tram or the sun and to have ZERO nimkamputs applying and end up not knowing why they have applied in the first place !!!

Such pathetic is the state of the employment market and applicants nowadays that the honour of selling oneself has gone down the drain, flush away with the need for greed and a very delporable state of integrity among the applicants. Maybe its just me, but I took great pride whenever I applied for something, be just by making a cold call or the very act of submitting my resume. I mean, my resume represents me, my pride, my name and ME. So it really baffles me when some people took it lightly and with little respect for the one who might be reading their papers ... digging own grave ya..
maybe I AM getting old ... aarrghhh...

neway, the week has come and ended pretty much similar to the week before, have been terribly busy with renovations, hiring and firings. Hopefully come mid march, the renewed glory of my stores will shine brighter !!! oh yes ... Topshop KLCC has opened its door yesterday... go go go!

and yes ladies ... a whole new section for your sinful indulgement

and if you insist, Topshop Midvalley reopens on March 12th... see ya!
