I had a bad day ...

Kinda ironic that this song was used as the theme for this year's AI but anyway, it not about them now, its about me!

Been awfully sick since my big day on Saturday, geez, what a way to start the new year ha. Somehow all hell broke loose on monday (which reminds me of Andrew's Major 4 ... yes, I have it all) when my nose could beat the Three Gorges Dam ... flat(no, not for the size, for the flow la!) but what a wrong time it was! after all, Wednesday was the dateline to hand up my team's increment proposals. So like a gasping fish, I made my way to work on tuesday ... with a party of medicine with me. No problem, loads of stuffed nose and raging fever. So what’s the worst that could happen I thought.

Really .. what’s the worst that could happen? It’s just a cold, cough and fever I thought, not.

So, dutifully, I braved the Wednesday to get my annual increment proposal out. Not that it’s gonna get paid tomorrow but when therez 80 plus people’s expectation to meet and mouth to feed (hehe…), I’d better get it done by hook or by crook!

But I guess I’ve pushed myself way too much, by the time I reach the third or fourth worksheet, I could feel my world spinning and I was floating around!! (Aikkss... dont tell me those Giant caspers followed me here!) and could really feel as though my BP were shooting up. Sensing something’s not right, decided to make my way to the clinic on the 2nd floor. And boy did I made in on time and boy did I made a fool of myself in the clinic too!

I couldnt walk out of the clinic after that!!! really.... it was that embarassing that I had to lean on a wall and beg for a bed to lie on! So there was I cuddled in the surgery room moaning and groaning but not long. The doc decided to shut my mouth up before I scare the daylight out of her patients ... with what else but injection... on the bump! of course yours truly took it with a stride (ahem .. ahem). Ahhhh..... 3,2,1.....zzzzzzzzz
