yes, for the umpteenth time, I think I'm gonna (or rather I have actually) change my mind again.
Just went to have a look at my aunt's condo this evening (sorry no pics, was too estatic) in Pantai and I'm already fantasizing staying in there; where to park my car, howz the wall gonna look like!!!
I think the place is just brilliant, located just off the federal highway opposite the Telecom building, near to Midvalley and most of all, standing at the tip of the hill thus offering an expensive view of part PJ and part KL. Ok, its not tat I could see the valleys of downtown KL but then, its the next best to what I have experienced from Bukit Tunku.
And not to forget, someone who has been hugely influencing my decision lately, ie being CENTRAL is IMPORTANT!
So here am I contemplating day and night. Its only 700+ sq ft studio apartment, a far cry from my soon to be house of 1900+ sq ft. For these two years too, nothing has happened to kill my liking for condos. I think i still knew why I made the decision to get Nusaputra and it still does hold water till today; for the economic sense and monetary returns, but just like ordering the wrong number from the menu, therez alway a leeway to detour.
ok, guess i'd bored everyone by now, just needed an avenue to think aloud. Will read this weeks form now and probably months from and see whether it makes sense or not.

Take a bunga kekwa, start peeling the petals lo ; "studio", "house", studio. house ... studio .... house .......
Yah. get the flower with the most petals. Sun flower maybe? When you are done with the petals, do the seeds. Can eat it while you're at it.
Or, just count your armpit hair. In case you already shaved, just go down there. Unless, that also you... ehem... don't want to go in detail.
