Killer Monday strikes back

I was njoying myself unwinding and chilling out at home yesterday night; after a good workout at the gym and a swim (yes, i went swimming after more than 10 months) but what seemed like a perfect end for the day turned to be the biggest nightmare for any KL-the-concrete-jungles-inhabitants - BLACKOUT!!!

12:04am : Lights out !!! Wat der &%$#* !!! i've just loaded my body jam dvd !!!! Quick check at the fuse box and a peep outside revealed that this is a neighborhood thingie...and just as soon as things got pitch dark and eeriely free of worldly entertainment ... house alarms started to bark ... follow by a symphony of dogs who couldnty miss the opportunity to test their karaoke skills.

12:06am : ok ok nevermind ... calm down ... check the laptop .... mak hantu betul ... battery flat pulak ...

12:07 am .. what am I gonna do? the room's gonna get stuffy pretty soon (thats the problem when you stay in the storeroom beside the kitchen, therez hardly any ventilation at all) sigh .. lets call someone to irritate...

12:08am : Called Tenaga

3:00am : Power resumed ...

haha.. i cant help but noticed the time in which power was restored as my room lights were left switched-on earlier ... and knowing the number of lamps in my room, I could almost light up KLCC and still can be seen from Mars ... so when power came back, i wake awaken immediately ....

heheh ok ok ... what I wanna say is I was kinda impressed with Tenaga yesterday, not sure what took them so long to fix the problem but they did, and what a pleasant telephone service the Tenaga chap rendered. I mean I was expecting ...

TN : Yea, apa nak?
Me : Nak buat report, USJ !8 takde api la
TN : Mana?
Me : USJ 18 ... UEP Subang Jaya takde lektrik
TN : nombor telipon?
Me : Erm ... 8024 ****
TN : nama
Me : Chin
TN : okay .. nanti kita hantar teknician ...
Me : lama tak? nak tidur ni la bang
TN : Tengok la ...diorang tengah minum ni
Me : oh ... cepat sikit ya
TN : ok ok ok .... tooot.... tooot.... tooot...

but none of it!! Bravo Tenaga man ... but now hurry up will ya!!! Ppl wanna sleep la!

and to the neighbours ... shut ur dogs' mouth will ya!!!
